It integrates bid tracking and management, quote management, configuration information, knowledge-based configuration, and a product catalog The Product Catalog is a database of options, grouped into detailed categories that can be searched and browsed utilizing a search engine by selecting a make and model of apparatus and "drilling down" into each category level. Items can be retrieved by selecting values for each item and search result. Finally, the attributes and properties of each item can be compared side-by-side such as sales codes, catalog descriptions, manufacturers, and list pricing. into a very easy-to-use business solution. With its unique interface and standard windows, many items are incorporated in a single integrated environment.
The Dealer Portal delivers the collective knowledge about E-ONE's products to the point of sale, providing a significant advantage over your competition when delivering complex products and services. The Dealer Portal is designed to support the front-office of your dealership and allows the salesperson to configure a truck, generate bids, generate proposals, and submit orders based on the customer requirements.

Configurator - Explains each of the buttons and tabs and their components used in configuring trucks for Tradition and Mainline Products. Ez-Messaging When a conflict occurs between two modules (i.e. Plumbing and Pumper Body), a message will display on the Hub screen. The message will explain the conflict, requirement or suggestion. A code will also be displayed to the left of the message. This code can be used for communicating with Support and Product Management. This code is also a hotlink, when selected a window will display possible resolutions to the conflict. is covered in a separate topic.
