Adding a Dealer Add-on to a quote

1. This tab displays the Dealer Add-ons window and allows a dealer to include items that were either submitted through a complete Dealer Add-ons template or were entered through the Dealer Add-on Editor from the Maintain (Add and Edit) your dealer addon database link on the Sales Admin tab Displays the Sales Admin page and Settings, User Administration Management, Access Dealer Quotes (All Reps), and Template Management sections. • Category: From the drop down list, select the category.

• Item: Select the item from the drop down list.

• Vendor: From the drop down list, select the vendor.

• Qty: Enter the quantity desired in this field.

• Add to Quote button: Click this button to add the Dealer Add-on to your quote.

• Manage Adds link: Opens the Dealer Add ons Editor.

• Help icon: Click the Question mark or Help icon to get help from the Dealer Portal WebHelp. A help window will appear.

2. Every field on the Add-ons tab Displays the Dealer Add-ons window. is filled in automatically when information from the Add on Editor on the Sales Admin tab of the Dealer Portal is saved or updated.

3. Enter a quantity in the Qty: field and click the Add to Quote button. The Dealer Added Options: section appears with the item added.

4. Click the magnifying glass icon or SKU Detail icon to view the SKU detail.

5. The SKU Detail window Appears after Add to Quote button is clicked and then the SKU Detail icon is clicked. This window displays detailed information about the Dealer Add-on. appears with more information about the Dealer Add-on. Click the 'X' in the upper right corner to close the window.

6. To delete the Dealer Add-on, click the red 'X' icon under the Delete section. The item is deleted from the window. When a dealer add on SKU number is changed from the Dealer Add on Editor database while it's on a quote the changed dealer add on item will stay on the quote. The description of the item will be "DELETED".

7. Clicking the Manage Adds link will open the Dealer Add Ons Editor.
